Please allow 2 - 4 days for order processing - UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED ON THE HOMEPAGE. All packages are shipped out of California.

I am not responsible for delays, damages or lost packages caused by any shipping carrier.

Please verify your shipping address is correct and that you have a safe place to accept deliveries. Moonlit Cat Crystals does not assume responsibility if your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found. Please contact USPS directly. I am unable to provide you with a refund or replacement if something happened during shipping.

Any returned merchandise due to non-delivery may result in additional shipping costs.
