Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No returns, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are offered. Please see each item clearly before purchasing to ensure you are satisfied with its quality and condition.

All items are packaged with extreme care & the best of intentions. If any crystals arrive broken, please keep the original box and packaging, and email me both a picture of the broken crystal and box.

If an item is damaged, lost, or stolen, please file a claim with USPS. I have no control over what happens to your package once it has been dropped off at the post office. I also have no control over shipping times once the package has been dropped off.

I am unable to provide refunds for orders that were delivered to the wrong address. Please ensure that the address you provide is correct.

MISSING ITEMS: Please contact me upon opening your package if something is missing within 3 days of receiving your order so that I can send the missing item to you. Please remember, I am human and only one person, so mistakes may occur.
